What Public Lands Mean to Me

What is your favorite thing to do on public lands or in public waters?

Love running and hiking with my friends, family, and dogs!

Where is your favorite outdoor spot?

So hard to pick! My backyard is great if I need a brief fresh air fix during the work day, and when I'm in DC you can't beat running around Rock Creek Park. On weekends, we frequently take our dogs hiking at Manassas National Battlefield Park, which is right down the road. I also grew up in California and loved taking day trips to walk in the redwoods.

What excites you most about working with the Foundation?

I love that we get to be creative and pilot new ideas!
